If you have chosen to use a delivery option with tracking. Your delivery tracking number will be attached to the email on confirmation that your goods have been dispatched
If you haven't received your goods by the expected date then please contact the courier that you chose and use the delivery tracking number provided regarding the problem. If you chose a delivery option that doesn't have a tracking number then this is out of our control and is up to you to contact the courier and try and resolve the issue. If you chose to take the tracking option then please contact the courier to try and locate your goods (details below for the couriers we use). If that has failed and you have gone past 5 days of the expected arrival date of your goods and haven't got any solutions from the courier then please get in touch and we will try to resolve the issue
If you have your goods delivered to you and upon inspection of the packaging you see that there is damage (including water damage) please refuse to accept the good and contact us using the form below. Please include pictures to show the reason for refusal to accept goods. Once the goods have been returns back to us, we will be happy to either send out a replacement or offer a full refund
We are happy for you to collect your goods from our location in Rochdale. Please be advised that it is recommended that you contact us prior to collection to make sure that someone is able to hand you your goods or you could use the next day delivery option.
